| Mintoo Bhandari |

Mr. Bhandari is the principal founder and a Managing Director of The View Group. He has deep experience as an investor in private and public enterprises in both the United States and India. He was an early participant in the sourcing, execution and development of transactions and enterprises in the Indo-US corridor. The View Group is today a leading investor in business services companies, seeking to invest approximately $10-20m per transaction in companies which seek to link the US and Indian economies. A professional investor since 1987, Mr. Bhandari was with the Harvard Management Company prior to founding VIEW in 1992. As part of the Harvard Private Equity Group, he was involved in private equity investments across a wide range of industries. He later managed two public markets funds for Harvard, a risk arbitrage fund and a traditional hedge fund. Prior to joining Harvard, Mr. Bhandari played a role in the management and growth of his family’s business and worked in mechanical design and software engineering roles at UTC-Carrier and C.S. Draper Laboratories, a defense contractor specializing in military navigation and control systems. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an S.B. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.”

Mehool Parekh |
 Mr. Parekh was the Country Advisor for Indian investments of The View Group LP, Boston, a venture capital investor specializing in Indo-US cross-border investments from 1998 to 1999.
Prior to joining The View Group, Mr. Parekh was the President of a privately-held investment company, J. V. Gokal Finance & Investments Pvt. Ltd. In that capacity, he had principal responsibility for the management of a multi-million dollar private equity fund dedicated to investing in Indian equities, both public and private, from early 1995 to early 1998.
Before joining J. V. Gokal, between 1991 and 1995, he was the head of research and data operations for the Corporate and Economic Research Centre at DaRT, India's first on-line information vendor. In that position, Mr. Parekh was the head of a group of 200 people who set up from scratch an extensive database on over 6,000 companies listed on the Indian stock exchanges.
He has also helped brokerage houses in India establish and organize research efforts on Indian listed companies. He has worked as a consultant to various governmental and private entities and has over 15 years of experience in consulting, financial markets and research of which the last 7 years have been in private equity and venture capital. He is member, Board of Governors of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Commerce Graduate of Bombay University.

| Jonathan Everett |
 Mr. Everett is a Managing Director of
The View Group. Formerly a Partner of Skadden, Arps, Slate,
Meagher & Flom, one of the world's largest law firms, he
has been involved in the structuring and execution of over
one hundred corporate mergers and acquisitions. He worked
on some of the earliest leveraged buyouts in the United
States, advised on financings in Russia, China, Japan, and
Europe, and helped pioneer interest rate and currency swaps.
Mr. Everett came to India in 1994 to work on the financing
of the Dabhol Power Company, a joint venture of Bechtel,
Enron, and GE that is the largest foreign investment in
India's history. In 2000 he was a member of the Securities
and Exchange Board of India's committee on venture capital
reform. Mr. Everett holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School
and an M.A. in History from Harvard University. He was a
Knox Fellow at Oxford University, and earned a B.A. in History
from the University of Chicago.

| Gopal Jain |
Mr. Jain is a close friend of the View Group and was a member of the
core team at View for several years. In total, Mr. Jain has been
investing in India for over twelve years, in both the private and
public markets, and is among the pioneers in equity research and
investment management in India.
Mr. Jain is a co-founder of Gaja Capital Partners, an India focused
investment firm based in Mumbai, India and was the head of research at
VLS Finance, a merchant bank in New Delhi. He is a charter member of
the Mumbai chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE). Gopal has a
degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of
Technology Delhi.

| James Madison |
 Mr. Madison is a Principal and Chief
Financial Officer of The View Group, and was a founding
member of the firm. His responsibilities include review,
selection and management of the investments of View
and participation in the general management of the firm.
Prior to joining View, he was a controller in the fixed-income
and derivatives products group at Harvard Management
Company. Mr. Madison also served as a Business Analyst
at Codex Corporation (a subsidiary of Motorola Corporation),
a manufacturer of high-speed data transmission products.
He received his B.S. in Finance and A.S. in management
from Bentley College.

| Aashish Bhinde |
 Mr. Bhinde is Senior Director and
Chief Operating Officer in Mumbai. Prior to joining
View, he founded Audiovortex, a services company that
facilitated e-commerce transactions in the audio equipment
and component industry. Previously, Mr. Bhinde was Chief
Operating Officer at Peerless Audio, India's largest
exporter of high fidelity loudspeaker systems and components.
He began his career with Colgate-Palmolive India Ltd.
in sales and marketing. Mr. Bhinde earned his M.B.A.
from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and
B.E. in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from
Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani.

Ranjan Dasgupta |
Mr. Dasgupta is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence
with the View Group. Prior to joining View, Mr. Dasgupta
was with Crompton Greaves Ltd., the largest private
sector electrical organization in India. Mr. Dasgupta
was with Crompton Greaves for thirty-seven years in
positions of increasing responsibility, finally as
President - Power Systems and Director. As head of
Power Systems in Crompton Greaves, a $200 million
company, he managed 4,500 employees in thirteen divisions,
including twelve manufacturing plants, an automation
laboratory and two joint ventures in India and abroad.
Mr. Dasgupta has served on the board of eight other
companies during his career, and is currently Chairman
of two organizations, Vice-Chairman of another and
on the board of two other companies. Mr. Dasgupta
was until recently the National President of the Indian
Value Engineering Society, the Indian chapter of the
Society of American Value Engineers. He is a past
National President of the Indian Electrical & Electronic
Manufacturers Association, and has served on the Executive
Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry of
Western Region for eight years, including service
as Chairman of the Sub-Committee for Technology and
the Sub-Committee for Human Resource Development and
Technical Education & Training. Mr. Dasgupta is an
honours graduate in Mathematics and a graduate in
Electrical Engineering. He is an alumnus of the Indian
Institute of Management and Harvard Business School,
and has trained with the Union of Japanese Scientists
& Engineers, Tokyo in Total Quality.

Manish Sabharwal |
 Mr. Sabharwal is a Venture Partner
in Mumbai. He is the founder and former CEO of India
Life Hewitt, a leading third party administrator
of employee benefits and compensation in India and
East Asia, which was acquired by Hewitt Associates
in 2003. Previously, he led corporate finance at
Pennar, a diversified group with interests in petroleum,
aluminum and steel. Mr. Sabharwal serves on the
board of governors of the treasury program of Institute
of Chartered Financial Analysts of India as well
as Vice Chairman of Icap India, India's largest
fixed income and foreign exchange inter-dealer broker.
Mr. Sabharwal is a graduate of Sriram College of
Commerce and holds an MBA from Wharton School of
Business.

| Tej Nandury |
Mr. Nandury is an Associate
in Mumbai. Mr. Nandury previously headed the business
development group at Expopoint, a Mumbai-based
internet company. Prior to that, he was with McKinsey
& Co. in Washington, D.C., where he worked on
formulating strategy for several large technology
corporations. Mr. Nandury has also worked with
the World Bank Group in the Development Economics
Vice Presidency under Chief Economist Joe Stiglitz.
He holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.

Mr. Parthasarthy is an Associate
in Mumbai. Prior to View, he was a strategy
consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Previously
he worked as a management consultant with A.F.
Ferguson & Co., and as a product manager with
Philips India. Mr. Parthasarathy earned his
M.B.A from the Indian Institute of Management,
Lucknow, and B.E. in electronics engineering
from Regional Engineering College, Calicut.

| Himanshu Shah |
 Mr. Shah is Head of Finance
& Accounts in Mumbai. He is responsible for
the finance, accounts, legal and secretarial
functions of View India and View's portfolio
comapnies. Prior to View, Mr. Shah was Assistant
Vice President, Finance & Accounts with Central
Depository Services (India) Limited. Mr. Shah
holds a B.Com., and is a qualified Chartered
Accountant (A.C.A. and Grad.C.W.A.).

| Kalpesh Mehta |
Mr. Mehta is Head of Network
Engineering in Mumbai. He is responsible for
supporting the IT infrastructure of View India.
Mr. Mehta previously worked with Navneet Publications
(India) Limited as a Network Engineer. He holds
a B.Com. in Accounting from S.G. University.

 Renee Becker is Manager – HR & Administration in Boston. Prior to joining View,
she was involved in consulting, operations,
and project management for the financial services
industry. She holds a B.A. from Brandeis University
and an Information Age M.B.A. (IAMBA) from
the McCallum Graduate School of Business,
Bentley College.

 Ms. Fernandes is the Executive Secretary in Mumbai. Prior to joining View, she worked with Citibank India. She holds a B.Com from Mumbai University and an Executive Secretarial Diploma from Burnleys Commercial College.

 Ms. Kanaya is an Accounts
Assistant in Mumbai and provides support to
the portfolio companies. She was previously
with Foundry Mechanisations Company. She holds

Mr. Gandhi is an Accounts
Manager in Mumbai responsible for corporate
accounts. Previously, he was with Fritz Freight
Forwarding India Limited as Finance Manager,
and Samrat Shipping & Transport Systems Pvt.
Ltd. as Senior Accounts Executive. He is a
qualified Chartered Accountant.

Girish V. Nadkarni |
Mr. Nadkarni is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence
with The View Group. Prior to joining View,
Mr. Nadkarni was the Founder, President
and Chief Executive Officer of vSimplify,
Inc., a company providing web-based services
for voluntary benefits and other financial
services. Prior to founding vSimplify, Mr.
Nadkarni was the Chief Operating Officer
of Uniprise, Inc., a $2 billion subsidiary
of United Healthcare. In that capacity he
served as the chief operations officer of
United Healthcare, with responsibility for
fifty-five claims and customer service centers.
Before joining United Healthcare, Mr. Nadkarni
spent three years at GE Capital and GE corporate
in business development and marketing roles.
He was one of the top fifty executives in
GE Capital worldwide; in his last role at
GE he was part of a four-person team reporting
to Jack Welch on GE-wide growth initiatives.
Prior to GE, Mr. Nadkarni spent eight years
as a senior executive at Prudential in Investments,
Asset Management, and Group Insurance. Mr.
Nadkarni also spent six years on Wall Street
as an attorney with Coudert Brothers and
Shearman & Sterling, specializing in bank
financings and mergers & acquisitions. Mr.
Nadkarni has written numerous articles on
the subjects of worksite marketing and leveraging
the Internet to provide employee benefits.
He holds law degrees from the University
of Bombay and the University of Virginia,
which he attended as a DuPont Fellow, and
an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School,
from which he graduated as a Baker Scholar.

Mr. Rach is an Accounts
Assistant in Mumbai. Prior to joining View
India, he worked with La-Ruta Foundation Wear
for six years, where he gained extensive experience
& knowledge of garment manufacturing and accounts.
He also worked with Adi Enterprises as an
Accounts Executive. Mr. Rach holds a B.Com.
degree from Mumbai University, and a Diploma
in e-Commerce from NIIT.

Ms.Thakkar manages the
reception and communications in Mumbai. Previously,
she worked with Crest Communications Ltd.
as a receptionist. Ms. Thakkar holds a B.A.

Mr. Ganatra is the Accounting
Manager in Boston. He has over ten years of
experience in accounting, finance, and auditing,
including four years in India and six in the
United States. Mr. Ganatra holds a B. Com.
degree with a major in accounting and audit
from M.S. University of Vadodara, and is a
Certified Public Accountant in the U.S. Mr.
Ganatra is currently enrolled in the M.S.
in Finance program at Northeastern University.

Anuraag Srivastava |
Mr. Srivastava is an Associate
in Mumbai. Prior to View, he was a Vice President
with eVentures India Limited, a Softbank subsidiary,
where he helped structure deals and closely
supported several portfolio companies in strategy,
international expansion and fund raising.
Prior to eVentures, Mr. Srivastava worked
in a variety of roles at Procter & Gamble,
the leading consumer goods company. He helped
manage the company's Internet Venture Fund
for Asia and was involved in Internet strategy
formulation; Mr. Srivastava also held direct
responsibility for a commercial web venture
of P&G's Indian subsidiary. He also worked
in P&G Sales & Distribution in a large supply
chain restructuring project, and spent time
in P&G’s Brand Group, where he held direct
profit responsibility for several of the company's
brands. Mr. Srivastava started his professional
career in Larsen & Toubro's Construction Group,
working on-site in large infrastructure construction
projects. He earned his M.B.A. from the Indian
Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and holds
a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the
Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.

Jayant Sinha |
Mr. Sinha is a Special
Counselor to the View Group. He is currently
President of Internet Business Capital Corporation
(IBCC), an early stage venture capital firm
based in Cambridge, MA that concentrates on
enterprise software and services companies.
Prior to joining IBCC, Mr. Sinha was a Partner
at McKinsey & Company, where he helped found
and lead McKinsey's Global Software & Services
practice. At McKinsey, he advised senior management
at leading technology firms on market development
strategies, partnerships & acquisitions and
organizational growth. Mr. Sinha holds a B.
Tech. with Distinction from I.I.T.-Delhi,
an M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania
and an M.B.A. with Distinction from the Harvard
Business School. He is on the Board of Concentric
Visions and Differential Technologies and
on the Advisory Board of DYS Analytics and
MIT Media Lab Asia.

Ashwani Kumar |
Mr. Kumar is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence
with The View Group. Prior to joining View,
Ashwani was Projects Director - India with
Powergen, a leading UK-based electricity and
gas company with over £5.5 billion in revenues.
In that capacity, he had responsibility for
all business development and projects in India,
including several large generation projects
under development (each over 500 megawatts)
and an operating station of 655 megawatt capacity
in Gujarat. Before joining Powergen, Ashwani
worked for Rolls-Royce Industrial Power Group
in India, in commercial and project financing
roles. Prior to Rolls-Royce, he was with President
Park Group in Bangkok, where he was responsible
for fund raising and pre-IPO placement activities
for the group. Ashwani started his career
at SBI Capital Markets, India's leading merchant
bank, where he gained experience in the areas
of project appraisals, debt syndications,
international finance, and project finance
advisory. Ashwani has attended numerous seminars
and conferences on the electricity and gas
industries worldwide, as well as management
courses at Ashridge College and Henley College
in the UK. He is an honours graduate in Mechanical
Engineering from Regional Engineering College,
Jaipur, India and holds an MBA from Indian
Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is
also an alumnus of Harvard Business School,
having attended its General Manager Program
in 2001.

| Daniel Tennebaum |
 Mr. Tennebaum is a Principal
of the View Group in the Boston office. He
has been a management consultant and senior
manager in the U.S. and India since 1997.
Prior to joining View, he led business development
at India Life Hewitt, India's leading third
party administrator of employee benefits,
which was acquired by Hewitt Associates. At
India Life, he oversaw the launch of new services
that helped the company achieve market share
double that of its nearest competitor and
grow sales by over 200% annually. Previously,
Mr. Tennebaum was with Bain & Company
in Boston, where he consulted in the financial
services, telecommunications, media and energy
industries. At Bain, he advised clients on
mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning,
new product launches, and organizational design.
Mr. Tennebaum holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard
Business School and a B.A. in Political Science
from Brown University.
