Harold W. Buirkle

Mr. Buirkle served as Chief Financial
Officer of Allied-Signal Corporation, one of America's largest
industrial companies, through eighteen years of growth.
Mr. Buirkle's experience in strategic planning, acquisition
and divestiture activity, and general corporate finance
encompass the full range of issues related to multinational,
multi-industry corporate finance. He was instrumental in
expanding Allied-Signal from a $3 billion manufacturing
company operating in two industrial sectors to a more diversified
$11 billion manufacturer operating in five industrial sectors.
His responsibilities have included the investment of the
employee savings plan and pension assets of Allied-Signal
totaling over $3 billion and the management of a leasing
subsidiary with annual revenues and assets exceeding $500
million. He has a strong background in the monitoring and
management of finance and manufacturing companies.
Mr. Buirkle is currently a director of Biogen Corporation,
and his former directorships include Allied Signal Corporation,
Allied Canada Ltd., Allied Chemical Nuclear Products, California
Texas Oil Company, Converse Inc., Motel 6 Inc., Union Texas
Petroleum Company, The Bendix Corporation, Allied Corporation
Foundation, Alchem Assurance Limited (Chairman), Benson
Insurance Company Limited (Chairman), Leaseway All Services
(Chairman), Fischer Scientific Company, Equilease Corporation,
Bunker Ramo-Eltra Corporation.

Leigh M. Miller
Mr. Miller is presently the Chairman
and Director of International Science & Technology Institute,
a consulting company that advises governments, institutions
and businesses in the developing world. He spent ten years
with American Express Company as General Counsel and President
of the American Express Export Credit Corporation. Mr.
Miller was a leader of USAID and is credited with founding
OPIC (the Overseas Private Investment Corporation), both
important development arms of the U.S. government today.
He is an active advisor to numerous charitable organizations.
Mr. Miller's experience as the leader of various organizations
dedicated to progress in the developing world and his
extensive business exposure to operating in these environments
will help the View Group to generate pragmatic approaches
to operating our ventures in those markets. His public
sector experience helps View to manage the political and
governmental issues it encounters in connection with its
investment activities.

Stephen Solarz
Stephen Solarz was appointed in 1994
by President Clinton as Chairman of the Central Asian-American
Enterprise Fund. This newly established fund was created
to appropriate $150 million in funding to promote investment
in the countries of the former Soviet Union.
Mr. Solarz served first in the New York State Assembly
and later in the United States House of Representatives
from 1974 to 1992. In the House, Mr. Solarz served on
several committees relating to foreign affairs, including
the Joint Economic Committee and the Foreign Affairs Committee,
where he was chairman of the Subcommittee on Asian and
Pacific Affairs. The Wall Street Journal commented on
the work of Solarz on the Foreign Affairs Committee as
follows: "He has demonstrated that, by combining legislative
cunning and sheer determination, a lawmaker can leave
his imprint on foreign policy." In Congress, Mr. Solarz
was a leading spokesman for global democracy and human
rights and throughout his years in office, he was widely
recognized as a staunch advocate for India.
Since leaving Congress in 1992, Mr. Solarz has been a
visiting professor at George Washington University. Along
with his work at the Central Asian-American Enterprise
Fund, he acts as a consultant at the Carnegie Endowment
for International Peace and as a member of the Council
on Foreign Relations.

Roger Morley
Mr. Morley has a long track-record
of successful leadership spanning many industries. As
President of American Express, he was instrumental in
laying the foundation for American Express's outstanding
growth through the 1980's. Mr. Morley recently assisted,
as a director of Continental Bank, in the consummation
of its merger with BankAmerica, one of the largest mergers
of financial organizations in U.S. history.
Mr. Morley oversaw the development of the American Express
Corporation and the American Express Development Bank,
particularly the international operations of this large
organization. He also has been a director of numerous
venture capital and asset management organizations, including
Shafer Value Trust, Inc. in the USA and several European
investment organizations.
Mr. Morley is currently a director of one of America's
leading biotechnology companies, Biogen Inc. and numerous
other firms, including Invus Group Ltd., R&R Inventions
Ltd. (UK), R.T. Holding N.V. (Nederland), and his former
directorships include American Express Company, American
Express Bank, Fireman's Fund Insurance, Gould, Inc., Burndy
Corporation, General American Transportation Corporation,
General Dynamics Corporation, Shafer Value Trust, Inc.,
Allied-Signal Corporation, Western Electric Company, Banco
di Roma (Chicago), Converse Inc., WINCO, B.V. (Rotterdam),
Strike Club Management Ltd. (Monaco), and McGraw Hill
Corporation.

John A. Canning, Jr.
John A. Canning, Jr. is president
of Madison Dearborn Partners, Inc., a large Chicago-based
venture capital firm. Madison Dearborn Partners was formed
in 1993 through a spin-off of the venture capital subsidiary
of The First National Bank of Chicago. Mr. Canning was
president of the subsidiary from 1980 to 1992. The first
Madison Dearborn Partners private equity fund, which closed
in 1993, raised $550 million, and has had an average rate
of return of approximately 40% for realized investments.
The second fund closed in June of 1997, with an equity
commitment of $925 million. The investors in these funds are primarily large institutional investors.
Mr. Canning acts as a director and trustee to many organizations,
both corporate and non-profit, including The Interlake
Corporation, Northwestern University, Denison University
and Duke University School of Law, from which Mr. Canning
received his law degree in 1969.

| Peter A. Brooke |

Peter Brooke's name is well known to all those in the private
equity industry. He has been a pioneer in the industry and
began investing venture capital and private equity in international
markets in 1974. Peter Brooke's career began at the First
National Bank of Boston in 1956, when he established the High
Technology Lending Group there. After managing the venture
capital portfolio for Bessemer Securities Corporation, he
moved to Tucker Anthony where he formed the nucleus of the
venture group. He spun out this group as TA Associates in
1968. TA has grown into one of the premier private equity
firms in North America. In 1985 he spun out the international
investment activities of TA Associates to form Advent International
Corporation which has since become one of the largest independent
global private equity firms. He formed the Advent Network
of 26 firms in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Israel and
linked them to Advent's own offices in thirteen countries
around the world. Mr. Brooke has raised and invested in excess
of $8 billion dollars during his career and has trained more
venture capitalists than anyone in the industry. In addition
he has helped a significant number of institutions enter the
asset class including colleges, banks, insurance companies
and numerous non-profit organizations. |

Marti G. Subrahmanyam
Marti Subrahmanyam is the Charles
E. Merrill Professor of Finance and Economics at New York
University. He has served as a consultant to several financial
institutions including The American Stock Exchange, Inc.,
Bankers Trust, Inc., Credit Suisse, Barclay's Bank, Deutsche
Bank A.G., Citicorp, and Swiss Banking Corporation, J.P.
Morgan & Co., and Lehman Brothers. Currently, he is a
director of Nomura Asset Management (U.S.A.), Inc., ICICI
Bank Ltd., Infosys Technologies Ltd., Murugappa Corporate
Board, Nexgen Financial Holdings Ltd, and Usha Communications,
Inc.
Professor Subrahmanyam has been a visiting professor at
INSEAD, Cambridge University, and a number of other leading
institutions. His articles and books on finance include
Recent Advances in Corporate Finance, Financial Options:
From Theory to Practice, and the forthcoming Interest
Rate Derivative Products. Professor Subhrahmanyam is the
Editor of Review of Derivatives Research and has served
as an associate editor of several economic and financial
journals.

Donald Freimark

Mr. Freimark has thirty-four years experience
in the investment banking and the investment advisory field,
beginning as a financial analyst following U.S. companies,
then as Research Director and President of a broker-dealer
specializing in providing research and execution services
to US institutional investors. In 1983, Mr. Freimark co-founded
Freimark Blair & Company, Inc., a broker-dealer research
boutique that provides securities research and transaction
services to institutional investors and large asset management
firms.
In 1982, Mr. Freimark co-founded Trans-National Research
Corporation, a consulting firm providing international political
and economic analysis. Trans-National has a global network
of consultants that enables it to provide clients with detailed
information and insight on economic and stock market developments
throughout the world. Trans-National boasts numerous Nobel
laureates and political and economic luminaries on its roster
of consultants, including Paul Samuelson and Rudi Dornbush.
Trans-National's experience and track record in monitoring
and anticipating global developments for its clients is
well recognized, and Trans-National's elite client list
spans the range of major international corporations, banks
and financial institutions, and managers of global investment
portfolios, many of which are registered as foreign institutional
investors in India.

Ronald Thomann
Mr. Thomann is a Partner of Fairfield
Greenwich Group, and was formerly Executive Director of
Alumni and Corporate Relations for the Sloan School of
Management at MIT.

David Golub
David Golub is a Managing Director
of Centre Partners, a New York-based private equity firm
with over $2 billion under management. Mr. Golub has been
with Centre Partners and Corporate Partners since 1988.
Mr. Golub began his career in the Principal Investments
Group of Shearson Lehman Brothers, Inc. After graduating
from Harvard University, Mr. Golub was a Marshall Scholar
at Oxford University and received an MBA from Stanford
University. He is currently a director of Burton Snowboards,
Centre Pacific, International Imaging Materials (IIMAK),
and Manorhouse Retirement Centers. He also is on the Board
of Directors of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's
Research and the Advisory Board of the World Policy Institute.

Jonathan H. Kagan
Mr. Kagan is a Managing Director of
Lazard in New York. He is also a Managing Principal of
Lazard Capital Partners, which he joined in 2001. Prior
to that, he was Managing Director of Corporate Partners
which he joined in 1990, and of Centre Partners Management
LLC, which managed the Centre Capital Investors funds.
As a part of his role at Centre, Mr. Kagan is a member
of the View India Enterprises, LP fund's investment committee.
Mr. Kagan began his career in the Investment Banking division
of Lazard in 1980 and became a General Partner in 1987.
At Lazard, Mr. Kagan helped head the corporate finance
and capital markets areas. Mr. Kagan received an M.A.
(1st Hon.) from Oxford University and an A.B. from Harvard
College, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta
Kappa.

Paul Marshall
Paul Marshall is the MBA Class of
1960 Professor of Management Practice at Harvard Business
School. He was selected by the MBA Class of 1998 and the
MBA Class of 1999 as one of their Outstanding Professors.
Professor Marshall has been a member of the Harvard Business
School faculty on two prior occasions. From 1968 to 1976
he was a full-time faculty member and from 1989 to 1991
he held a part-time appointment as Adjunct Professor.
His most recent job before returning to Harvard was Chairman
and CEO of Rochester Shoe Tree Company, Inc. He managed
this company during a four-year turnaround and implemented
a major reorganization and cost reduction program that
improved profitability in the face of declining sales.
In 1977 he was a cofounder of Putnam, Hayes and Bartlett,
a management consulting firm. As a principal of this firm
he directed studies to analyze the competitive dynamics
within the International Steel Industry and the International
Iron Ore Industry. He co-authored 'Economics of International
Steel Trade: Policy Implications for the United States'
and was one of the American representatives to OECD conference
on Future of the World Steel Industry. He also founded
Marshall Bartlett Incorporated and while serving as a
principal of this firm he conducted strategic reviews
for companies with interests in the Health Care Industry,
the Food Packaging Industry, and the Steel Production
and Distribution Industry.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
with High Honors from the University of Cincinnati and
his MBA with High Distinction and his DBA degree from
Harvard. He is the co-author of two text and case books:
Managerial Economics: Text and Cases, in association with
Charles Christenson and Richard Vancil; Richard D. Irwin,
Homewood, Illinois; July 1973; Operations Management:
Text and Cases, in association with W. Abernathy, J. Miller,
P. Olsen, R. Rosenbloom and D. Wyckoff; Richard D. Irwin,
Homewood, Illinois; May 1975.
He has been a member of the Lexington Board of Selectmen,
the Cary Library Board of Trustees and the Board of Governors
of the Lexington Golf Club. He is Past President of the
Massachusetts Municipal Association and a member of the
Governor's Local Government Advisory Committee. He was
a member of the Massachusetts Special Commission on Tax
Reform and the Governor's Task Force on Local Finance.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Raymond
James Financial, Keurig Inc., Rochester Shoe Tree Company,
Inc. and MARTEST, Inc. In 1995 he served as a member of
the U.S. Export Import Bank Advisory Committee.
In 1983, he received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from
the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering.

Adi Godrej
Mr. Godrej is Chairman of the Godrej
Group of companies, one of India's largest and most highly
regarded conglomerates. He also serves as Chairman of
Godrej Consumer Products, Godrej Foods, Godrej Industries,
Godrej Photo, Godrej Properties and Investments, Godrej
Sara Lee and Goldmohur Foods & Feeds. He is a Director
of numerous companies.
Mr. Godrej serves as a member of the National Council
of The Confederation of Indian Industry and a member of
the Dean's Advisory Council of the MIT Sloan School of
Management. He is the Chairman of the Board of Governors
of the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and
is the former Chairman of the Indo-American Society. He
is a member of the Governing Board of the Indian School
of Business and a member of the Wharton Asian Executive
Board.
Mr. Godrej received his undergraduate and Master's degree
in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Gulrez Arshad
Gulrez Arshad is a Principal of Nuland
& Arshad, a leading financial management firm with over
$400 million in assets under management. Mr. Arshad has
over twenty years of experience in the investment field.
Prior to founding Nuland & Arshad, Inc., he worked as
a management consultant, real estate advisor, technology
entrepreneur and venture capitalist. He is also active
in the non-profit area as a former trustee of the Buckingham
Browne & Nichols School and current trustee of American
International School of Florence, Community Therapeutics
School and The Ladders Program. Mr. Arshad graduated from
Oberlin College and holds two masters degrees from Harvard
University including a Masters in Business Administration.

John F. Brooke
John Brooke has a wealth of experience
and relationships in the U.S. and international private
equity world. Mr. Brooke began his career at Advent International
in 1985. He was one of its first employees and its first
analyst. While at Advent, he was responsible for the establishment
and development of a number of operating programs, including
the analyst program and the proactive deal-sourcing program.
He worked across all the investment areas of the firm
including early-stage technology, growth equity and leveraged
buyouts. He also worked across all industry sectors including
healthcare, industrial, retail, consumer products and
technology. In 1996, Mr. Brooke moved to Singapore to
help integrate the acquisition of AI's affiliate in the
region, South East Venture Investment Corporation, into
AI and reposition the group to execute larger later stage
transactions. His experience at AI covered all aspects
of investing and managing along with fund and investor
management.
Upon his return from Asia, John Brooke joined The Tucker
Anthony Private Equity Group and helped establish it as
one of the leading private equity fund of funds management
companies with in excess of $800 million under management.
Tucker Anthony manages a series of fund of funds for institutions
and families including: Boston College, The Boston Symphony,
Ohio State Police and Fire Pension, The Ohio State Teachers
Pension Fund, The British Coal Board, and a number of
the Oxford Colleges. Mr. Brooke was responsible for fund
access, fund raising and fund oversight.

Ramanan Raghavendran
Ramanan Raghavendran is a senior partner
at TH Lee Putnam Ventures, a $1.1 billion private equity firm
that is affiliated with the Thomas H. Lee Company and Putnam
Asset Management. He leads the firm’s investment strategy in
business process outsourcing and enterprise solutions. Ramanan
was formerly a senior partner at Insight Venture Partners, where
he invested in business process outsourcing and enterprise software
companies, including offshore investing via ConnectCapital, an
Insight affiliate. Prior to joining Insight, Ramanan was a senior
member of the investment team at General Atlantic Partners, where
he initiated the Internet-related investment effort and also led
sector efforts in IT services and enterprise software. Ramanan was
formerly a consultant with McKinsey & Company in New York and London.
He is the founder and chairman of Impact Partners, a leading venture
philanthropy firm. He holds a B.S. in finance from the University
of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a B.S.E. in computer science
from the University of Pennsylvania's Moore School of Engineering.
